The Pre‑Operative Nurse plays a pivotal role in preparing patients for surgical procedures, ensuring clinical readiness, patient safety, and continuity of care. This position requires strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with the surgical team, anesthesia providers, and patients. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
