About the Role

Join our dynamic Transplant Medicine Unit at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. This onsite Registered Nurse position operates within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment focused on Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. You will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.

In this role, you will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. You will also model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and welcoming new knowledge. The position involves a Day and Night Rotation. To support our night shift team, we offer a Night Shift Incentive Program that pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs and LPNs.
