This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team providing top-of-scope direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. You will work within our highly specialized Acute Care units, managing moderate to high patient acuity cases. The role emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
As a member of our nursing staff, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support your journey with individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation through the AMSN core curriculum and relevant specialty certification standards. Whether working day or night rotations, you will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care.
