About the Role
This position is a Full-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse role based at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs. You will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity. The role requires utilizing the nursing process to contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
As a member of this dynamic team, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and welcoming new knowledge. You will work within evidence-based care models that include AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards. This is an onsite role with no hybrid or remote options available.
Compensation & Incentives
In addition to a competitive hourly rate dependent on experience, we offer a Night Shift Incentive Program. Full-time night shift RNs receive $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) as a reward for working the night shift.
