About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Float Pool. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital link in our care delivery system, adapting to varied patient populations and acuity levels across multiple inpatient units. You will float between designated units based on real-time patient needs and staffing requirements, bringing your expertise to wherever it is needed most.
As a Float Pool RN, your day will involve delivering direct acute care, performing comprehensive assessments, and implementing individualized care plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, educate patients and families on treatments and discharge plans, and maintain strict standards for infection prevention and safety. This position offers a unique opportunity to broaden your clinical skills while supporting excellence in acute care delivery throughout our hospitals.
