About the Role
This onsite Registered Nurse position serves as a critical link in our Virtual Acute Care program, providing top-of-scope practice from our virtual center in Colorado Springs. You will collaborate closely with onsite inpatient care teams to monitor patient safety and quality of care measures. Your role involves proactive communication to share algorithmic interventions with unit nurses, hospital supervisors, and physicians, facilitating the best possible care outcomes.
As a member of this team, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support you with individualized specialty education and training to ensure competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. This is a part-time role (48 hours per pay period) featuring a day and evening rotation schedule.
