We are a dynamic group committed to top-of-scope nursing practice, leveraging a multidisciplinary approach to achieve exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
About the Role
This onsite position serves as the bridge between virtual monitoring and inpatient care. You will provide patient monitoring from our virtual center, collaborating closely with onsite inpatient teams to ensure safety and quality. Your day will involve proactive communication to share algorithmic interventions with unit nurses, hospital supervisors, and physicians, facilitating the best possible care outcomes.
As a member of this team, you will value a patient perspective and evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare. Clinical Educators will support your journey, guiding you through individualized specialty education and training to validate your competency throughout your clinical orientation. This role is essential for contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of accredited nursing program
- verifiedState licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
