About the Role

This position is located onsite at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, within the Cardiology Medicine Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity. The role values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.

You will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care while welcoming new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation, utilizing AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards. The position also offers the opportunity to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
