About the Role

This Full-Time, Night Shift Registered Nurse position is an onsite role dedicated to providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care. You will work within Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units managing moderate to high patient acuity. The role prioritizes a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, emphasizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.

In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. You will also have the opportunity to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth, welcoming new knowledge as you help us improve lives.
