About the Role

This Registered Nurse position is based at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, within the Surgical Oncology department. You will join a dynamic team focused on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to achieve exceptional outcomes. The role prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

You will provide direct care on specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units handling moderate to high patient acuity. The position operates on a day and night rotation schedule, requiring an onsite presence. As a member of this multidisciplinary team, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. Clinical Educators will support your journey with individualized specialty education and training to ensure competency validation throughout your orientation.
