Medical City Healthcare is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to our community. Our Healthcare & Medical Services department serves as the backbone of patient recovery, fostering an environment where clinical excellence meets human connection. We strive to create a supportive culture where every team member is empowered to grow professionally while making a tangible difference in the lives of patients and their families.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the vital link in the care continuum, providing direct, high-quality patient care in an on-site setting. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, administering medications, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans alongside physicians and support staff. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key educational role, guiding patients and families through diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care with clarity and empathy.
You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous safety and infection control standards while documenting accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR). Whether you are monitoring vital signs, managing wound care, or initiating critical interventions, your critical thinking and compassion will drive patient outcomes. We also value leadership; as you gain experience, you may have the opportunity to precept new nurses and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that shape our department's future.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan. Our commitment to your growth is evident through opportunities for professional development and leadership training. We believe that a healthy workforce creates a healthy community, and we are committed to supporting your well-being as you support ours.
Medical City Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and patients. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
