Medical City Healthcare is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care with a focus on compassion and precision. Our Healthcare & Medical Services department serves as the backbone of patient recovery, ensuring that every individual receives personalized attention throughout their care continuum. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, where clinical excellence and safety are paramount.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a vital member of our on-site team, responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, and coordinating multidisciplinary care. This role exists to bridge the gap between medical treatment and patient well-being, ensuring that care plans are not only effective but also understood by patients and their families. You will document accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR), uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards, and actively participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Your day will involve developing and evaluating individualized care plans, monitoring patient status to initiate appropriate interventions, and collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team on treatment and discharge planning. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to precept and mentor new nurses and support staff, helping to cultivate the next generation of healthcare professionals.
We offer a supportive environment designed for professional growth and leadership development. In addition to competitive pay, we provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage, along with a 401(k) plan. Our commitment to your success extends to opportunities for continuing education and specialization within our dynamic healthcare setting.
Medical City Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and patients. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, or any other protected status.
