Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations
- check_circleInitiate emergency support measures when needed
- check_circleCoordinate resident admission, transfer, and discharge including required documentation
- check_circleProvide input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care with interdisciplinary team
- check_circlePerform assessment functions to identify changes in residents' physical or psychological condition
- check_circleEnsure nursing history is present in medical records for all residents
- check_circleEvaluate and monitor residents' conditions while providing professional nursing care
Requirements
- verifiedNursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program
- verifiedCurrent, unencumbered RN license in Colorado
- verifiedCurrent valid CPR certification
- verified1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred
Nice to Have
1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents; previous experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
