About the Role

As a Summer Intern, you will play a vital part in supporting the documentation and standardization of RLS processes. Your work will focus on creating and maintaining process sheets that capture existing workflows in line with defined templates and standards. You will assist with process and gap analysis to identify overlaps and improvement opportunities, while also helping to set up and populate a single-source process library.

This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to prepare and conduct collaborator information and educational sessions, gaining valuable insight into how technical documentation drives organizational success.
