About the Role
Propulsion Controls Engineering is seeking a Rigger Journeyman to join our team in San Diego, CA. This role is critical to our core pillars of Safety, Operational Excellence, and Shareholder Value.
As a Rigger Journeyman, you will independently manage the setup and repair of rigging in both shop and on-site environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include aligning and anchoring machinery, attaching loads, and controlling the movement of heavy equipment. A key part of your mission is ensuring that every rigging plan is safe before execution, allowing you to operate without direct supervision while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
