About the Role
The Ride Operations Senior Supervisor is a pivotal leadership position within the Rides Department at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas. This role serves as the Rides Manager on Duty, responsible for making critical operational decisions to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all park attractions. The position exists to uphold the park's high standards for safety, guest experience, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
In this role, you will lead a team of supervisors and operators, guiding them to meet departmental goals regarding attendance, performance, and cleanliness. You will act as a bridge between the maintenance team, training staff, and scheduling departments to coordinate ride operations, manage staffing levels for daily events, and ensure all team members are properly certified. The day-to-day rhythm involves prioritizing guest needs, enforcing safety-first policies, and adapting to evolving throughput goals to deliver a thrilling experience for millions of visitors.
