The University of Kentucky College of Medicine, within the Department of Internal Medicine, is seeking an Assistant, Associate, or Professor to join the Division of Rheumatology. This open-rank position serves as an attending physician dedicated to advancing clinical care, education, and research.
In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care for patients while supervising residents in both ambulatory and hospital-based settings. You will actively participate in clinical teaching activities, which may include instructing students, residents, and fellows through lectures, seminars, and clinical conferences. Your contributions will also support the Division's clinical research mission by developing and supervising clinical protocols, accruing patients to clinical trials, and participating in regulatory oversight programs.
As a member of the medical staff, you will represent the University of Kentucky professionally, adhering to evidence-based practice standards and maintaining a strong commitment to customer service. You will also serve on appropriate Division, Department, University, Hospital, and College committees as assigned by the Division Chief.
