The Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) Department is the focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering, and signal processing technology within Raytheon. This team drives the development of critical Radar Receiver, Exciter, and signal processing products and technologies.
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to advance their strong academic background and experience in digital and/or RF/Microwave system theory and design. In this role, you will partner with the team to develop architectures, subsystems, and components. Your day-to-day will involve the design, analysis, and hands-on integration and testing of RF components, circuits, and subsystems. You will also provide technical support to production activities and may have opportunities to manage small projects or processes within your area of responsibility. This is a 1st shift role that is 100% on-site, based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA, with potential travel to domestic and international integration sites as well as customer and subcontractor facilities.

BS degree in Electrical Engineering. Background designing, testing, and troubleshooting analog and Radio Frequency CCAs. Experience with integration and test of CCAs and subsystems. Hands-on experience with design simulation tools such as ADS and Mentor Graphics' Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab or equivalent. Experience working in a laboratory environment using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, phase noise analyzer (PNA), spectrum analyzers, real time spectrum analyzers, and performance network analyzers. Experience in a production environment. Team leadership skills including cost and schedule management plus proposal writing and presentation experience.
