Raytheon's Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) Department is the focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering, and signal processing technology within the company. This role offers an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to advance their strong academic background and experience in digital and/or RF/Microwave system theory and design. You will work to develop Radar Receiver, Exciter, and signal processing products and technologies, bridging the gap between theoretical design and practical application.
In this 1st shift, 100% on-site position based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA, you will engage in the design, analysis, and hands-on integration and testing of RF components, circuits, and subsystems. The role involves providing technical support to production activities and offers opportunities to manage small projects or processes within your area of responsibility. You may also travel to domestic and international integration sites, as well as to customer and subcontractor facilities, to support these critical initiatives.
This position requires an active U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

BS degree in Electrical Engineering. Background designing, testing, and troubleshooting analog and Radio Frequency CCAs. Integration and test of CCAs and subsystems. Hands-on experience with design simulation tools such as ADS and Mentor Graphics' Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab or equivalent. Experience working in a laboratory environment using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, phase noise analyzer (PNA), spectrum analyzers, real time spectrum analyzers, and performance network analyzers to test and verify the functions of digital and RF signal circuits and subsystems. Experience in a production environment. Team leadership skills including cost and schedule management plus proposal writing and presentation experience.
