About the Role
This position is pivotal to the financial health of our business units. You will manage the reimbursement activities for multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy operations, overseeing the critical flow from referral intake and authorizations to billing and collections. Your mission is to cultivate an environment of outstanding customer service in all interactions with franchise partners, payers, and patients. Beyond managing complex revenue cycle policies, you will be responsible for developing and leading a highly effective team capable of meeting the critical challenges of timely and successful reimbursement from payers. Regulatory compliance serves as the foundation for all policies and procedures you will implement and maintain.
