About the Role
As the Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead our financial operations team in a pivotal role focused on optimizing processes from patient registration through billing and collections. This position exists to ensure the financial health of the center while maintaining seamless collaboration between clinical and administrative teams. You will drive the strategic direction of our revenue cycle, analyzing financial data to pinpoint areas for improvement and implementing strategies that increase efficiency and reduce errors. By staying updated on the latest industry regulations and trends, you will help the organization capitalize on potential revenue opportunities while strictly adhering to state and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleManage the revenue cycle team to ensure effective performance in coding, billing, and collection activities

Requirements
- verifiedProficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- verifiedDeep understanding of healthcare insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
- verifiedCertified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
- verifiedCertified Professional Coder (CPC) a plus
