About the Role
This role serves as a pivotal leader within our client service operations, responsible for guiding a team through complex financial scenarios. You will not only supervise crew and set performance standards but also act as a coach, helping team members navigate client relationships and identify opportunities to strengthen those connections. The position requires a deep proficiency in Vanguard funds, products, and services, as well as a strong understanding of the broader financial services industry, including relevant legal, tax, and regulatory issues.
In this capacity, you will be the initial point of contact for escalated issues, generating reports and delivering presentations to management. You will monitor team communications to ensure service levels are met, providing immediate and actionable feedback. The role also involves day-to-day oversight of third-party providers and collaboration with internal partners to resolve client issues. You will operate in an ambiguous environment, making sound decisions under demanding conditions to drive departmental success.

Requirements
