About the Role

This position offers a structured professional development path to becoming a wealth manager. You will cultivate and expand your network within established markets, educating clients on diverse financial products and services tailored to their unique needs. The role involves analyzing and organizing client data to implement appropriate solutions while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Designed for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, this role allows you to carve out a unique career path with the flexibility to design your own work-life balance. You will work outside the office, engaging directly with local schools and municipalities to champion limitless income potential and make a real difference in people's lives.

Training & Development

We provide a comprehensive 120-day hands-on Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) to launch your career. This includes FINRA sponsorship for required licensing and access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning. You will benefit from personalized coaching and mentorship from a local Vice President, alongside opportunities for joint work with top performers. For those with management ambition, we offer access to Leadership Development School and encourage the pursuit of professional designations such as CFP®, ChFC, and our Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
