You will be the face of the brand, engaging customers to make them feel like valued guests while managing local fleet relationships. The Assistant Manager acts as a proactive problem-solver, ensuring the service bay is organized, store readiness is maintained, and inventory is managed effectively. Safety is not just a priority but a foundational element of success; you will implement protocols to ensure a secure, hazard-free workplace compliant with OSHA standards.
