About the Role
The Retail Training Specialist serves as a vital link between our strategic goals and field execution. This role exists to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards, deep product knowledge, and strong brand representation across designated territories. You will be the subject matter expert who transforms field merchandisers into high-performing brand ambassadors.
In this position, you will deliver comprehensive training programs through a mix of on-site and virtual sessions. Your day involves traveling up to 75 miles within your assigned territory to conduct hands-on coaching, provide feedback during store visits, and support new product launches. You will work closely with field managers to identify skill gaps and prioritize development areas, ensuring that every team member is equipped to maximize visual impact and sales.
