Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World" by helping customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. As part of the TurboTax family, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor in your local community.
This unique opportunity allows you to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States on a seasonal basis. You will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base by establishing long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty. Leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software, you will build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the community.
You will serve customers both in-person and virtually, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes. By understanding each customer's unique situation, you will help them overcome tax-related challenges and achieve their financial goals, such as saving for retirement, college funds, or vacations.
Beyond preparation, you will act as a proactive community ambassador. You will enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. You will also lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable for everyone.
