About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will empower a team to exceed goals while showing a keen interest in their development and professional growth. You can expect to inspire your team, sharing your subject-matter expertise while cultivating creativity within an incentive-based work environment. Your efforts will positively impact your community by expanding customer access to Spectrum's leading services.

You will collaborate with peers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing and actively build each other up, celebrating successes. Supported by experienced territory management and a performance-driven culture, you will coach and develop sales reps to reach their personal and professional goals. Your day will involve ensuring store success by building positive customer relationships, utilizing probing techniques to overcome obstacles, and communicating with customers to deliver a positive company image while exceeding operational metrics.
