About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will empower a team to exceed goals with a keen interest in their development and professional growth. You can expect to inspire your team by sharing subject-matter expertise while cultivating creativity within an incentive-based work environment. Your efforts will positively impact your community by expanding customer access to Spectrum's leading services.

You will collaborate with peers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing and coach sales representatives to reach their personal and professional goals. Supported by experienced territory management and a performance-driven culture, you will ensure store success by building positive customer relationships and utilizing probing techniques to overcome obstacles. This team is collaborative, actively building each other up and celebrating successes.
