The Store Administrative Assistant serves as a vital support pillar for the Store Management team. This role is designed for someone ready to obsess over the athlete and make a tangible difference in the community. You will handle store documentation, electronic communications, systems administration, program compliance, and recordkeeping.
In this position, you will take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Your day will involve assisting managers with reporting and claims documentation, monitoring communication systems to ensure appropriate dissemination of information, and overseeing employee records and files. You will also assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll administration under the guidance of managers, all while adhering to established policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
