About the Role
The Lead position is a pivotal in-store expert role focused on the execution of brand standards and the enhancement of the teammate experience. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will serve as the go-to authority for your specific business department. Your primary mission is to deliver exceptional service to customers while providing clear direction and support to your teammates.
Success in this role requires leading by example with empathy, resilience, optimism, and collaboration. You will foster a people-first culture by building mutual trust and respect with every team member, contributing to a strong store recognition environment.
