About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an important ambassador of the Burlington brand, serving on the front lines of our mission to provide world-class service. You will thrive in a high-energy environment where associates work together to drive results. This role is ideal for an outgoing, upbeat people-person with great organizational skills who is committed to treating colleagues and customers with respect.
You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. You may be assigned to work in any or all of our departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. You will take pride in helping drive positive results and delivering great values to customers every day.
