About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. You will be part of a positive, knowledgeable retail environment where you maintain well-stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.
Your day will involve engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, collaborating with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment, and recommending products and services to enhance the customer experience. You will also utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently, follow safety policies, and use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. This role is vital for driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of automotive parts. Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
