About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. You will be the face of the store, maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.
Your day will involve engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, collaborating with managers and teammates to create a motivated environment, and utilizing diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.
