As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional service by exceeding customer expectations. Your day-to-day involves engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, assisting with product selection, and ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting one another in daily responsibilities.
You will go the extra mile by utilizing diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommending solutions. This role requires you to stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions while maintaining well-stocked inventory and following proper point-of-sale procedures. You will also ensure a secure work environment by adhering to company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
To apply, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old and possess the physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. We look for individuals with a flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. While basic knowledge of automotive parts, previous experience in automotive retail, and bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English) are preferred, we welcome applicants with a passion for growth and customer service.
