As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. You will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, recommend products and promotions, and utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions. To join our team, please ensure you meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old and have a flexible schedule available for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. We are looking for individuals who can lift, load, and deliver merchandise while adhering to company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Candidates with basic automotive knowledge, previous experience in automotive retail, or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification are encouraged to apply. Additionally, strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are highly valued.
