About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Your day-to-day involves maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Additionally, you will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting team members and demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old. We look for individuals with a flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
