About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. This role is designed for individuals passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales who want to build a career in a dynamic retail environment.
You will be the expert advisor, engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Your day will involve maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, assisting customers with product selection, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. By fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment, you will drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store.
