About the Role

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position is designed for those passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, offering significant opportunities for career growth. You will be the face of the store, engaging with customers to provide trustworthy advice, recommending products and services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive environment. You will maintain well-stocked inventory, assist with product selection, and utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Your efforts will directly drive sales, maintain store operations, and foster a knowledgeable retail environment.
