As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the heart of the store, engaging with pet parents and their pets to provide positive experiences that uphold our company's vision and mission. This role is about more than just sales; it is about creating moments that matter. Whether you are helping a customer choose their first fish, celebrating a pet's birthday, or seeing the smile on a pet parent's face after a fresh groom, you will make a meaningful impact every day.
Your day will involve sharing responsibility for store cleanliness, maintaining pet safety standards, and providing direct care for the store's animals. You will be the first point of contact for pet parents, answering questions, preparing online orders for pickup, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who walks through the door. You will also support the store with product staging, pricing updates, and promoting special events like adoption weekends.
