As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional service by exceeding customer expectations. Your day will involve engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, assisting with product selection, and offering expert guidance to enhance their shopping experience. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting one another in daily responsibilities.
You will be responsible for maintaining well-stocked inventory, organizing merchandise, and following proper point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies. The role also involves utilizing diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions, while staying up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Safety is a priority; you will utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to company safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
To apply, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old. We look for individuals with a flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
