As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and providing expert advice. Your day-to-day involves engaging with customers to offer trustworthy automotive guidance, recommending products and promotions to enhance their experience, and collaborating with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining well-stocked inventory, organizing merchandise, and following proper point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies. The role also includes utilizing diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions, while strictly adhering to company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
To apply, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old and possess the physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. We offer a flexible schedule that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed to support store operations.
We are looking for individuals who are process-oriented and eager to stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. While basic automotive knowledge and previous retail experience are preferred, we value strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
