About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Your day-to-day involves maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers to offer trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting team members and demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. The role requires you to recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Additionally, you will keep store operations running smoothly by restocking merchandise, maintaining organization, and following proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies.
Safety and process orientation are central to this position. You will utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently, follow company safety policies, and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Staying up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems is essential, as is the ability to use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
Hiring Process

We are looking for individuals with a flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
