About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of AAA, engaging with members and customers to help them plan domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, and trip planning resources. You will consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.

In addition to sales, you will serve as a vital support resource by answering incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes to ensure timely service delivery. You will also act as a backup for cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a full-time position based at our Avon, CT location (70 E. Main Street). The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. We are proud to offer a schedule that includes no Sundays.
