About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of our organization, engaging with members and customers to help them plan their journeys and protect their interests. Your day will involve consistently up-selling and cross-selling AAA products, including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. You will also assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, offering expertise on car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, and travel guides.
In addition to sales, you will play a vital support role by answering incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. You will also serve as a versatile backup, assisting with cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services as needed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys multitasking across various customer-facing functions.
Location and Schedule
This full-time position is based at our Medina, OH location (150 Northland Dr). We offer a 37.5-hour work week with store hours designed to support work-life balance: Monday 9 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM. No Sunday shifts are required.

Requirements
