About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of AAA, engaging with members and customers to help them plan their travel and secure essential services. Your day will involve consistently up-selling and cross-selling AAA products, including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. You will assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, providing expertise on car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, and tour books.
In addition to sales, you will serve as a vital support resource by answering incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. You will also act as a backup for cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services as needed. This role requires navigating multiple websites and programs with ease in a fast-paced environment, making effective communication essential for articulating the value of AAA memberships.
Location and Schedule
This full-time position is based at our Richmond, VA location (929 Myers Street). The schedule operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. Enjoy a schedule that includes no Sundays.

Requirements
