About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Your day will involve engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, collaborating with managers and teammates to create a motivated environment, and recommending products to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting with product selection, and utilizing diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Additionally, you will assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs while adhering to safety policies and structured processes to keep store operations running smoothly.
Hiring Process

Please note that this role requires a flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. We are looking for individuals with basic automotive knowledge and the physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
