About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works. Your mission is to understand our customers' needs and help them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
In this role, you will create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. You will drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout. Your day will involve providing a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, supporting product replenishment activities, and assisting with visual presentation and marketing placement to keep the store full and abundant.
