This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfying customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, fostering a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and ensure merchandise is prepared and merchandised according to company standards. Additionally, you will actively participate in store recovery, maintain safety awareness, and uphold all organizational and cleanliness standards throughout the sales floor and the entire store.
