About the Role

This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas. You will be responsible for accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and ensuring the sales floor is maintained according to company procedures. Additionally, you will participate in store recovery efforts, safety awareness initiatives, and shrink reduction programs to uphold a safe and efficient workplace.
