Retail Print Specialist

About the Role

Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment while being collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers. This role is part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture where you play a key role in helping your store and your customer win.

Day in the Life

You will greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department, responding quickly and attentively to their needs. Your day involves asking open-ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy and print requirements. You will use order intake tools to capture project information and offer appropriate total print solutions. Additionally, you will assist customers with tasks in the self-service area, utilizing copy machines and PC rentals, and ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads. Flexibility is key, as you may be asked to perform other duties such as assisting customers with shipping.
